Have a Great Story About a Postcard?

Do you have a great story about a postcard? Does it have some historical significance, is it related to your family, etc.?

I'd love to hear your story! One of my favorite things about selling postcards is hearing the terrific stories behind a postcard. I've had customers find photos of ancestors that helped with genealogy research, photos of the house they grew up in, cards sent from grandparents, cards with historical or meaningful notes written on them, cards with unique local history, etc. If you have a great story about a postcard please email billy@billyspostcards.com and tell me about it.
