Ordering Online with BillysPostcards.com is safe and secure!

I employ a method of interaction with my visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

I encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on my site. You may also use Paypal or send a Money Order or personal check. It is possible a personal check may be held 10 days for clearance.

To order by Money Order or check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to: BillysPostcards.com, PO Box 902089, Kansas City, MO 64190-2089.

Postcards will be held 14 calendar days. If payment is not received within those 14 days the postcards will no longer be held and will be available for someone else to purchase.

Return / Refund Policy

Postcards are sold "as is", but please contact me if there is a problem. I provide large scans of both front and back of each card so you can determine the condition yourself. I also try to mention any notable wear. If you have questions concerning the condition of a card please email before purchasing.

Delivery Information

USPS First Class shipping to the United States is $ 2.00 - regardless of how many cards you purchase*. USPS International First Class shipping outside of the United States is $ 3.00 - regardless of how many cards you purchase*. **PLEASE NOTE to receive the multiple cards combined shipping discount your payment must be a single payment for all cards included**

Insurance is offered for $ 1.75 within the United States only. Sorry, insurance is not available outside the United States.

To insure your postcard(s) are protected while in transit, individual postcards, or small lots, are shipped securely with protective plastic sleeves in a sturdy CD mailer. Larger lots are shipped securely with the proper packaging.
